I love the free trial version because it allows users to have a good feel of the program. It gives your 5 free accounts with a generous amount of file storage. You can also access it anywhere you go because it has a fully functional mobile app. It is an effective app with all the essential features such as scheduled mail, chats, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zoho limited the number of emails one can send in the free version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is perfect for small to medium companies, especially startups. It's more affordable than Google but has practically the same functions. We also love their customer support team for being so helpful always!
