What are the best aspects of this product?

It competes with big names such as Gmail or Hotmail. It has the same functions yet more affordable. It has an excellent interface, too. It's an excellent way to advertise your brand because of the personalized domain. I also love that they are so generous with the trial accounts since we can create up to 5 free accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's all good! I hope they keep on increasing their free user accounts.
