Superb mail tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoy using Zoho Mail! It offers maximum convenience to its users. I particularly enjoy the shortcut keys for commands and its seamless integration with other mailing apps like Google Mail and Outlook. I also like that it allows logging in of multiple accounts so I can easily jump from one account to another.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It automatically syncs event invites into calendars without working out differences in time zones so this can be confusing. I hope this can be addressed with the additional upgrade that we can attach documents in features. And then adding accounts to the email list can be more tedious compared to other platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho increased our productivity by allowing the easy creation of emails for company staff members. Aside from Mail, we also enjoy other Zoho apps and the smooth inter-integration among them.
