What are the best aspects of this product?
For me the highlight is the multiple tabs feature that enables you to compose multiple emails by just moving through the tabs. This is a much better option to Outlook 2013 where you need to click through multiple windows. Zoho Mail makes it easy to compose effective business emails by searching for info in email groups to include in your email and allows you keep everything organized tidily in tabs. Your assistant can read previous emails and keep multiple tabs for reference instead of juggling multiple windows like in Outlook.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The downside to the multiple tabs feature is you may open too many tabs and get overwhelmed if you try to do too much. I am also worried that when Zoho Mail launches their new interface they may not allow you to use the old one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zoho Mail has boosted my company’s productivity with regards to business emails. It is a great improvement over Outlook 2013 which I was using previously.
