What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho is great because it's affordable and cost-effective. It's high quality, so many great features, and integrations work perfectly. It allows users to do various tasks within the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zoho doesn't automatically load the image in the mail to make it perform faster. While it is indeed faster, I hope they would optimize it further so that loading the image wouldn't affect the program's speed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We trust Zoho so much! We chose this to be our only email client. We can use it wherever we go without issues because of the mobile app.
