What are the best aspects of this product?
It's super affordable with a monthly rate of $1 per user. The trial version is great. You will fully experience the program with free customized emails. It also has a great user interface!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For me, it's not that easy to set up, so you need to check on user guides.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I got to save money because it's affordable. It also allows me to edit documents within the app.
