It's a great mailing app that allows users to do other things aside from sending mails. It has a calendar, video calls, and other collaboration tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Things that need improvement: (1) timezone defaults, it should adjust according to the user's location; (2) attaching files to calendar invites should be possible.

We were able to save our communication budget because we could spend less on creating effective and advanced company emails.
