Zoho is the best budget-friendly email platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

The biggest benefit of using Zoho is being able to modify my username at any time. That way, I can use different names with just one account instead of having to create multiple accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI for the mobile version is quite unorganized for me. There are a lot of features that I don't find useful so I hope I have the option to eliminate them from the board. I also hope Zoho creates a mechanics that will allow login to different accounts so we don't have to switch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Emails can now be customized with a more professional look while at the same time harmonious with our branding. Zoho is best for micro and small businesses.
