A great service for having meetings.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're using more than one service from Zoho. Being able to have a combination of more than one service is critical to the needs of our business. Unlike other conferencing platforms, Zoho Meetings requires zero downloads. It offers compatiblity for both Windwos and Mac OS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a bit of time to be familiar with Zoho Meeting. The downside with it is that it hasn't exploded in popularity compared to other conferencing platforms. Expect new users to go through some learning curve before grasping Zoho Meeting fully.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to integrate with other platforms within the Zoho Suite is a plus. In fact, that gives us further flexibility in how we conference and do things. Our team is frequently on the road. Having the luxury of confrencing on the go is essential.
