What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Meeting happens to be a lighweight tool. Screen sharing is great. HD quality when it comes to video conferencing. Audio calls are crystal clear.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While Zoho Meeting is highly intuitive, its current user base is relatively low. So expect some clients to be hesitant using this tool. When it comes to its mobile app, other conferencing platforms function far better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great for my Sales team. It has other featurs that make it useful too. Works great for my IT department as well as HR. This tool is excellent for carrying out interviews and meetings.
