What are the best aspects of this product?

Super simple to utilize. Features are flat-out easy. The result is a web conferencing tool that's probably the best out there today. Firing it up via the browser is uber convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While Zoho meeting offers simplicity of its functionality, its user base isn't that big. It's still lightweight though. They need to work harder since Joinme, Lync, and Skype are popular and with a lot of users worldwide. Highly recommend not to use this tool in older browsers (process becomes complicated to establish a connection).

For a B2B company, web conferencing plays a key role in day-to-day operations. Conferencing is essential for product demos and conducting live meetings. Zoho Meeting has been a big help in so many ways. We get to coordinate with our stakeholders from our own cabin without having to meet face to face.
