What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks so much to Zoho People. Its cloud-mobile platform has made things simpler for us. We're now capable of tracking employees who are checking in and checking out in specific locations. It can be customized to meet each of our needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far. There's really nothing to hate. However, there are areas that need to improve. Clearly, Zoho's support can make up for this. They're responsive and ensures we make the transition as smooth as possible.

This app helped us tremendously. We're able to get over the hump when it comes to human errors. It's a convenient platform that offers cloud storage. And it can be used to keep track of people in different places.
