What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho People is good in keeping track of things. By that would mean knowing the kind of time off. This also includese office logging hours. It's also helpful in tracking information of each employee.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping more features would be made available in its mobile app. Maybe they'll have something like it in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently employed at an all-volunteer office. Functionality of Zoho People in checking up on employees clocking in and out have been a big help. This fosters individual accountability. That means members of the staff should be aware when they go in, leave, and when they'll be taking their time off.
