What are the best aspects of this product?

A lot to love with this. Form customization is fantastic. Employee information is now centralized more than ever. Collaboration can now be done in real-time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some downers to keep in mind. Mobile app could use some improvement. Leave management isn't that great. Attendance management could use some added functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's a definite replacement to older tracking software. Way better than using the traditional pen and paper method. It's a one stop shop platform. Does things incredibly well.
