My personal review of Zoho People.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Management of time. Keeps track of working hours. Bridges internal communication between people/departments. Excellent customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lags from time to time. Getting familiar with the system takes a bit of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having Zoho People is a good in so many ways. Simpler management of employee hours. Precise tracking of projects/jobs. Knowing the attendance record of each employee.
