My take on Zoho People.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Reasonably priced. I like how comprehensive it is. The fact it does so many things well make this a keeper. I'm proud to run an app that meets my HR needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the most part, I love using it. I'm not much of a power user. But whenever I use Zoho People, it keeps my small business organized. So far, I haven't come across any problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Doing HR on one's own in a small business can be daunting. It can also be confusing if you happen to be a first time user. Thanks to Zoho People, everything is organized and easy to look into. It's highly secure.
