What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm also a user of Zoho apps. Its UI is very familiar to me. It's easy to utilize. Direct connectivity with Zoho Mail as well as Zoho Invoice is seamless.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has a some functionality that remain unused. An example is the Approvals function. It doesn't play a significant role in a small business. Lack of app in Windows.

Payroll management. Keeping track of the size of my company. Functions efficiently. Familiarity with Zoho's apps.
