What are the best aspects of this product?
Being able to manage tickets has never been this simple. The same goes for sending out alerts to more than one person. It's an excellent product for any team who lack a reliable ticketing system. You can easily follow a ticket to be updated as it migrates its way to colleagues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its lacking the funtionality of copying a project so that other users can be in the same page. It would be great if they have that ability. It's never a good idea to come up with a new one from scratch and then re-adding each person. Its pre-installed ticket statuses aren't as good as they once were.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
General ticket for any client project happening in an agency. We were dealing with an unstable system prior to Zoho Projects. But since this discovering this system, everything was easy. Checking on the progress of each project can now be possible even if that project wasn't delegated to you.
