What are the best aspects of this product?
Ticket management is super simple. The same applies for sending out alerts to more than one person at the same time. It's an awesome product for a team who lack a fully functioning ticketing system. You follow a ticket in acquiring updatese as makes it way along with other co-workers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Making it possible to copy a project. That way, other users can also be in it. It'd be nice to have something like that. This is way better than starting back from scratch and re-adding contacts all over again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Carrying out basic ticketing. It's for client projects at a certain agency. We used to deal with a clunky system. But things are so much easier in checking the status of a project --- even it's not even assigned to you.
