A wonderful product for comprehensive reporting, and a prospective cornerstone of your most important decisions

What are the best aspects of this product?

I wouldn’t change Zoho Reports for any other software! Adding and removing uses has never been easier, reporting as well. I monitor and analyze data from any place, at any time!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even if the user interface is solid and reponsive, I find it to be somehow wishy-washy. I believe they could do more with the CRM integration, or at least to improve data accessibility.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our business particularly, having Zoho Reports on the asset list was essential for improving sales. Sales teams are performing perfectly, and we're all quite accurate when distinguishing a successful practice from an unsuccesful one.
