What are the best aspects of this product?
Needless to say, the best features are definitely easiness and simplicity. They are strengthened by well-executed integration with other technologies, and small business can really thank their little stars for such wonderful connectors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My comments are not really dislikes. I would call them suggestions instead: Let's say that developers should work to improve troubleshooting for their interface, offer Cloud based data only upon purchase, or charge On-premise software as Service Software in order to make it more optimal.

I use Zoho Reports for market intelligence analysis, and sales analysis and visibility.
