What are the best aspects of this product?
The Zoho Reports platform enables every user to clarify data, and to segregate it in multiple points across the Zoho products we're using. As a result, we are producing impecable reports that serve as precious sources for analysing business in general.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We would prefer support to take place with a proper person on the other side of the line, so that we could discuss the problem and search for even better answers. Still, this is not enough to claim that their helpdesk is not reliable (it is the other way around), or to criticize their technical documentation database which is also very useful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had all possible reasons to purchase Zoho Reports you can think of: we were not following the pipeline of our work at all, so we were practicaly incapable to do reports and analysis even for a single week. Zoho Reports saved us from the mess we were living in, and let our hands loose to customize work the way we want it. Now that we know where we're standing, we have a clear concept on how to refine and increase sales.
