What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Reports allows me to analyze even the most complex data in a fast and organized way. I love being able to do that, and I consider my job as pleasant, rather than obligatory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the fact that the platform requires me to save reports for further operations (exporting, for instance) every time that I want to do a quick analysis. I am loosing time, and my reporting tab gets heaped with unrelated reports that I don't need. Importing data can also be tricky, due to the fact that there are some SQL queiries which are complicated to execute.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it mostly for sales analysis. It helps me make quality decisions on promotions and to estimate their impact on both micro and macro level.
