PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoy using Zoho Reports because it is simple and flexible, it features enough drag-and-drop, and it involves all of my colleagues instead of leaving all reports on my schedule. The company uses Zoho Reports to manage Quickbooks data, and we're very happy that the software is well-integrated with QBs flexible tools. In fact, the flexibility level of the two is fairly comparable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the beginning, I felt as if I was struggling unnecessarily to export data from the QB desktop to Zoho Reports. As bad as I am with explanations, the support team understood what I wanted, and started to work on it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were satisfied with Quickbooks' canned reporting, but we always knew that the perfect tool would be one that can slice and dice data based on multiple vectors (regional differences, product/service characteristics, etc). That's why we chose Zoho Reports, and we never regretted it.
