What are the best aspects of this product?
I enjoy working with Zoho Sales, it gives me an idea of what to offer to my clients and how to meet their needs. It is simple and easy to set up, there is integration with Snopify that I can use it through app and to view the graph details of my audience and customers. It breaks down store traffic and it offers visual learner. I personally like its chat feature because I can connect with my customers and engage them in more professional ways.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could include a button or even link in my email. I don’t have dislikes about it because when I face something that might cause trouble I can always contact their support team and they are always willing to help and provide assistance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I get real time pictures of my website visitors, I know when someone is viewing my page and when they leave it. The chat feature helps me to solve their problems or to answer their questions. I couldn’t do my job through emails and I couldn’t respond quickly to my customers if I haven’t been using Zoho Sales.
