I recommend Zoho Sales to all my clients and to everyone who wants to increse website conversion rates. We live in a world where everyone wants things instantaneousluy. If you can provide instant information and answer to your visitors they will automatically become your future customers. We would like to see our customers successful and with increased traffic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We couldn’t install it on a Wordpress unless we downloaded and added WP plug and then the process was smooth enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to better understand the value of traffic generation and importance of acting when converting visitors to customers.
