What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m using Zoho Sales for more than 2 years by now and as far as I can tell we are extremely satisfied with the service and the product. The price is affordable and highly flexible. The tech support team is always responsive and ready to assist you. Like the integration with our CRM system and we can easily push our leads into it. This is wonderful tool for online chat needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In mu experience, sometimes the data from this system is pushed into CRM but with wrong mapping, like first and last name are not properly placed and this may cause some issues with outbound emails.

We are able to answer customer inquiries in real time, it helps us to engage our audience effectively and to provide better customer experience.
