What are the best aspects of this product?

We use other Zoho products and we started using ZohoSales tool, it integrates perfectly with other Zoho tools. It is easy to use and it doesn’t require installation of any software but works directly within the browser window. We are able to generate more sales to both existing and new customers by making us more accessible to our customers and audience. The platform is stable, easy to set up and its team is always open to new suggestions and requests and they constantly work on the product’s improvements by releasing new features and optimizing existing ones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could add more options for customizing widgets and options to create our own widgets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to track our visitors’ behaviour on our website, we get all information within Zoho Crm, and we can easily see which contacts and leads are active and make good prospects.
