What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that this tool offers lot of features and integrations into free and professional subscriptions versions. With this tool I can stay organized while keeping my business costs, including activity automation, email services and making calls via CRM. It is customizable and this is great if your business doesn’t fit the standard B2B model. I constantly use its Geolocation feature in order to track my contacts on the road and to plan my sales visits even more effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Th modules within the software are made for B2B companies and this means that customizing it for B2B usage is possible but at the same time time-consuming and it can make your software overwhelming. There are relly lot of things that this tool can do for you but it takes some time in order to include all options that it offers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’m constantly on the go and this means that I would miss calls if I use only office phone, and that’s why I’m using Zoho Sales because of its perfect call feature that allows me to stay in constant contact with my leads.
