PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that it comes with a crispy, clean UI. Stats are easy to comprehend. I can see just about everything clearly from the dashboard. This has been my favorite social platform so far. I've used other third party apps like MeetEdar, Buffer, and Hoosuite. None of them comes close to Zoho.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be awesome if there was a way for me to look into the scheduled posts. Maybe see upcoming post feeds on the dashboard instead of just indicating the posts that were already published? I'd like to see a feature of SmartQ that would let me determine whether there was already something being posted on a specific day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It did so many good things for me. The tool did a fantastic a job managing all of my social media platforms. It did what it can to curb any missed messages from the message section. What's more, I can be updated with just about any activity that I'm doing within the app.
