ZOHO Social is a smart tool that helps businesses grow their presence on the social media by reaching the right audience at the right time. It allows tracking revenue from social media marketing efforts and managing multiple social networks, monitoring keywords, scheduling unlimited posts and team collaboration from a single dashboard. It works great with Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Instagram and can also be integrated with ZOHO CRM.

It allows businesses to publish relevant content when the audience is most likely to see it through its prediction engine. Businesses can listen and engage with their audience in real time and updated about what customers are talking about them. The ready-made or custom reporting tools provide businesses with insightful information to help measure and improve performance. Reports can also be shared and discussed with team members to ensure effective collaboration and decisions.

ZOHO Social’s powerful media publishing tools work great to help businesses create compelling content and automate their publishing tasks. Posts can be published instantly or scheduled for different social networks from a single compose window, which also shows the percentage of top engagers likely to view the post at specified time. SmartQ/prediction engine allows posting for a time when followers are most likely to see them and helps target Facebook posts by location and different time zones. The bulk scheduler makes it easier to create and schedule multiple posts in one go, while the native Android and iOS apps enable users to publish on the go.

The SociaShare extensions for Chrome and Firefox allow users to instantly share content right from the browser without leaving the window. Its collaboration features let teams brainstorm ideas and work together to come up with better and more compelling content. Social media performance reports can also easily be shared with teams, allowing them to work together to plan their social media strategy more effectively.

Pros: I currently operate a small-scale retail business. I sell stuff online and offline. I've been looking (and tried several) platforms for social media marketing. Some were a bit better than others, but Zoho Social provided me with jsut about everything I want. It helped me schedule, preserve, and monitor my social accounts a relatively good price point.

Cons: I don't have much to hate. But I'd love to see an integration for Pinterest.

Pros: It's simple to utilize. At the same time, it gave me a lot of power to control things. Right off the bat, I knew there are a number of ways in dealing with social media. I fond Zoho Social. Within one hour, I've come to grips with it.

Cons: Some of its features are from the paid versions. I guess it's the only sensible thing that they can only accomplish.
