What are the best aspects of this product?
Using it is easy. I find the tool to be efficient and highly intuitive. I love the simplicity of the setup. The tool helped me walk through the process. One positive aspect that it has is its ability to add in other users to their specific roles. So, that's a plus in my book.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit expensive for my taste. To be honest with you, it's worth the price. I hope there would be more social channels added into the tool. If there was some way to alter or make changes to an image in Instagram, then that would be a big help. Pictures are frequently sourced from different areas and they tend to be available in various sizes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has the ability to handle different platforms. I consider this to be highly essential. Thanks to Zoho Social, doing things are a lot simple compared to other third party applications. One big benefit that I got from it is that I'm able to spend more time with clients and less time trying to sort out other time wasting things.
