What are the best aspects of this product?
It UI is user-friendly. It took me less time to adapt to the system. Now, I have a concise idea on how to use it. The webinar has been a huge help. It helped me maximize its wide range of features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some things I don't favor. I can't "like" any comment. I can't respond to comments made. At times, I never get an aletrt on my mobile device for Instagram posts and time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It saved me a lot of time by pre-scheduling posts. I get to choose the optimal time in getting my followers engaged. Real-time reports on my current performance. Having the ability to compare performance on the content being put out. I understand now that there are varying content capable of achieving different engagement levels on social media, which helped me plan better on the content that I want to leave for each social channel.
