What are the best aspects of this product?
I currently operate a small-scale retail business. I sell stuff online and offline. I've been looking (and tried several) platforms for social media marketing. Some were a bit better than others, but Zoho Social provided me with jsut about everything I want. It helped me schedule, preserve, and monitor my social accounts a relatively good price point.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have much to hate. But I'd love to see an integration for Pinterest.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nowadays, it's critical to possess consistent and frequent social channel engagement and posting on more than one account. Zoho gives the chance to not only be updated and monitor numerous social media accounts, it freed up my time so I can use it to engage with other people and grow my business. That would mean not having to worry about "shuffling" multiple accounts. Social media this time around is a useful in helping me compete with other players in the market.
