What are the best aspects of this product?

The UI was simple to utilize. It's really easy to understand. I'm able to handle multiple social media channels at the same time. I can choose which posts I want to show up on each platform at certain times. Analytics can easily be understood.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, I felt it's a little fickle. By that, I mean its bulk scheduler. There have been instances where posts won't schedule. I don't understand why it became the case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm using Zoho Social for scheduling social media activity on a wide range of platforms. It makes sure that my social channels remain consistent. That also means having the capacity to send proper messages at the right time. Analytics lets me observe which posts are deemed popular and which period within that day will viewers get to read them.
