What are the best aspects of this product?

I've given other social media posting apps a go. And this app happens to be free. So who doesn't like things given to them free of charge? Obviously you get less functionality compared to the full version. But who needs them when you have no clue if you'll even be running a business tomorrow?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wanted to accomplish something that other software would to tend restrict me to. It's one reason why I didn't rate this a perfect 10. I want to make it possible to schedule Facebook posts as a member --- not an admin. Right now, it won't let me do that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can schedule posts on my page days ahead of time. It's free of charge. That's a good thing for both myself and my team! The biggest issue here is trying to make a post and sharing posts to other members of my team for approval. I'm capable of creating posts, get my team onboard to produce posts, and sharing them on social media while I'm busy attending other business stuff.
