What are the best aspects of this product?
We've given Zoho Social a go the past couple or so weeks. From what we can tell, it's a tool that we came to love. Social media management has never been this simple. It slashed my management time close to 80%. A great software to own. I've give other softwares like it a try and it's safe to say that Zoho Social is easy and cost effective.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One complaint that I'm dealing with is that Pinterest is included under the Social Media Sites for management. But then again, that's me nitpicking. But the tool itself is capable of doing its job in social channel management. In fact, it does so extremely well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zoho saved me a lot of time. It enabled me to set up a schedule of my posts around the clock without having to slave myself around the clock. What was supposed to take a typical team to pre-set social media posts, can now be handled by a single person at a fraction of the time.
