PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how smooth the tool is in terms of immersion. The layout is clean and crips. I like the the fact that it's not as crowded as it appears to be. They were thoughtful enough to be considerate to my UI needs. Planning with it is simple to follow. It integrated my needs well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the onboarding appears to be thought out and simple enough to use, it's still lacking some video experience. But I'm confident they're on their way to doing just that. It would be nice to see added functionality in bubbles. Maybe some links to a Vimeo channel and such? That way, I can take a peek so I'll know how to do things properly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Essentially, all the stuff related to SM publishing, monitoring, and lead management are an asset. I'm pretty sure they have a ton of CRM legacy and expertise in the mix. There's plenty to unearth for a Social Media Manager and carve a pathway to doing things. This tool is too good to ignore!
