What are the best aspects of this product?
Simply put, the product is simple to utilize. It even offered video tutorials and suggestions on when a post can be made. I like how info on mentions/likes are streamlined to the desktop. The mobile app keeps me updated frequently. Through that, I can do any last-minute scheduling and alterations on posts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What's missing is its integration with Instagram. It's not as seamless. But this could be a temporary thing. The process at the moment involces manual intervention when posting time and scheduled posts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zoho Social resolved my needs in frequent (and smaller) posting. It offered insight on how I can be effective and be able to reach everything on the desktop. With my needs becoming complex, the product being put out will continue to evolve. I look forward to its Zoho CRM integration. That way, I can offer feedback reporting to all customers.
