What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Social is incredible in integrating a number of things found in multiple platforms into one place. I was impressed with their service. Positive reviews of this platform are telling you the truth. I like its SmartQ feature as it reaches out to high-level engagers who are on their social channels. I like the fact that Zoho has integration to bitly (my company is currently using it).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing to hate much about the platform. Initially, I was puzzled with its integration to bitly. But when I reached out to Zoho's team, they responded quickly. I was hoping there would be other alert settings available. At present, my alerts are on to allow me to post to Instagram, but if I'm not only online on the platform, I'd have to directly log into the app to switch on/off the alerts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've noticed plenty of good things with Zoho during our trial period. We felt it's a lot simpler to utilize compared to other apps like it. Tagging businesses and contacts within our posts is a breeze. We can finally make a thorough review on how our organization is functioning in today's social media.
