What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to utilize. At the same time, it gave me a lot of power to control things. Right off the bat, I knew there are a number of ways in dealing with social media. I fond Zoho Social. Within one hour, I've come to grips with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of its features are from the paid versions. I guess it's the only sensible thing that they can only accomplish.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had complete control of social media from my companies several days back. Followers have been double within a few days. Then they double again after a couple more. Creating my social media felt like I'm in a heavenly bliss. Very happy using this.
