Highly suitable solution for small size businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how simple this product is. It provides lots of integrations and it doesn’t require special skills in order to run the program. Additionally, it sends you email notifications and reminders for the billing cycle. It is really simple and efficient tool for small size businesses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could include an open API and Stripe ACH integrations. But for low price it provides you with great features and benefits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it for various purposes and one of them is to sell SaaS products. Through Zoho Subscription I can reming clients of upcoming credit card before they are billed. Also, i can let others to add/edit card numbers.
