What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple it is to set up. It comes with a number of pathways that are set according to the answers of respondents. It was able to collect the necessary data that I need as well as feedback in terms of question-taking exprience. All in all, everything was a cinch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point in time, I don't have much dislikes when exporting the results to Google Sheets. Unneeded or skipped answers were usually left blank. At times, it would come out differently, which makes it hard for other people follow. I do hope they can improve on this sometime soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collection data and other useful information from people can now be included in a printed booklet. It fostered the collation of information in a simplified manner from the person who's supplying it in a timely fashion. There's no longer a need chasing people around for the required data.
