Easy to use and simple tool for creating surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho has great set of tools and great products. I like that you can use all its product from one account. The UI of this system si simple and flexible. It has great integrations with CRM and I especially like the integration with Google Spreadsheets. It proivides great set of themes and you can localize your surveys so you can get more responses. Its forms are simple and you can add tags and pre-populate a name field.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s basic system and there are some limitations within the amount of question.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to create and launch surveys and get responses from my customers.
