Great product for creating surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

In the past we used Survey Monkey and Jotform but we are not satisfied from these two products. Zoho Survey offers great flexibility and control and it provides integration with our contacts. It does the job perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see some conditional questioning types of formatting improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Zoho Survey for every type of inquiry forms. We are highly satisfied with this product because it meets all our needs.
