What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Survey has nice-looking design, it is flexible and simple to use. What’s most important about this system is that you can use it for free! I’ve created lots of surveys through Zoho. Its customer support team is helpful and the graphics are amazing. It offers great set of options for customizing the surveys and it provides great analytics options as complete picture of the results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be difficult to use it on mobile version because it requires strong internet connection and space to create surveys.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My task is to keep track of my clients’ satisfaction and I found that I can use survey in order to track their satisfaction through their feedback. All I have to do is to create a short survey and share it with my clients. It helps me to get complete analysis of the responses and to know which area needs improvements.
