What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how their ability to get people engaged. I also love their live interaction. I'm seeking to not only engage in real-time but to also sending out reports to each customer. I love how we can come up with customized designs in surveys. The part that I like with the customization is having the ability to switch them on or off anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, I couldn't find anything that I don't like. I'm still fumbling around its features and other new things it's running. I'm still trying to learn from wha the tool is capable and incapable of. If there's anything negative with the tool, I'll update it on my future reviews.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to utilize responses for auto-populating other fields. It gives the participants that "feel" for questions that are tailor made for them. I love how we have the ability to export data for a particular participant and then comparing it to peers within their unit.
