What are the best aspects of this product?

I have created lots of Surveys through Zoho Survey solution. The interface is smooth and well-thought. It provides great options and set of tools. There are integrations with other Zoho products and even with Google Spreadsheet. The data is accurate and I can use it for making decisions based on the feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make the interface more moder-looking and fast. If you want to figure out how it really works then you need to use other Zoho products so you can better understand this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is all-in-ine integrated solution, designed for everyone who wants to launch surveys and to keep track of others’ feedback. I’m satisfied and I recommend it to everyone.
