What are the best aspects of this product?

I totally agree with my statement! It's a complete lifesaver the moment I used it. The simplified approach offered by the site ended up bailing me out numerous times. The fact that you can come up with a survey in a couple or so clicks is something that I appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike its current UI. While it does appears to be easy and fluid all throughout, it's missing the latest animations that you'd frequently find in other tools like it. It may feel a little old if you happen to nitpick its design. Aside from that, it's one heck of robust product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been making use of the tool to collate opinion on project ideas that we may have. It's now simple to formulate a solution since there's no longer that issue of people fighting against each other. The whole process now involves people taking the survey. That's it. No frills.
