What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Zoho Survey is the integration with Zoho CRM tool. I like that we can do just anything once the upgrade is done to Zoho CRM. Furthermore, this system integrates the responses with our Leads module directly on our CRM so we can manage the information to fit our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t really like the integration with GoogleSheets, we have experienced some issues with this integration, in other words, there were some unanswered questions because the respondent took different path and when we looked at the sheets some questions were unanswered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our main task is to create an interactive booking page where we can allow our customers to fill out the questionnaire about the event. We can keep track of our audience satisfaction and create future events according to their needs.
